Social Courier Pty Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the sendeze.com website and the Sendeze mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. Our Privacy Policy for Social Courier Pty Ltd is managed with the help of Privacy Policies.

While registering for and using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal information”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

- Driver’s licence number
- Bank details – BSB & Account number
Background check and identity verification: In order to verify movers’’ eligibility to provide Services we may collect information such as driver history or criminal record (where permitted by law), licence status, known aliases and prior addresses, and right to work. We may ask you for a copy of your drivers’ licence and store a copy of this document electronically.
We may also verify the identities of riders, or of delivery recipients who request alcohol delivery, including by collecting photographs of their government-issued identification.We store a copy of this electronically.
We use a combination of technological controls and access policies to ensure your personal information and documents in our possession are protected from unauthorised access and use. We retain copies of your personal identity documents only for legitimate business reasons and only for the length of time that you are a User of the Services.
Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including location data, to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyse our Service.

Data created during use of our services. This includes:
Location data (mover): We collect movers’ precise or approximate location data, including to enable deliveries, to enable ride/delivery tracking and safety features, to prevent and detect fraud, and to satisfy legal requirements. sendeze collects this data when the sendeze app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device.
Location data (movers). We collect movers’ precise or approximate location data to enable and enhance use of our apps, including to improve pick-ups, facilitate deliveries, enable safety features, and prevent and detect fraud.
We collect such data from users’ mobile devices if they enable us to do so. (See “Tracking and Cookies” above for information on how movers can accept or refuse location data collection). sendeze collects such data from the time a ride or delivery is requested until it is finished (and may indicate such collection via an icon or notification on your mobile device depending on your device’s operating system), and any time the app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) of their mobile device.
Movers may use the sendeze apps without enabling sendeze to collect precise location data from their mobile devices. However, this may affect features in the sendeze apps. For example, a sender who has not enabled location data collection will have to manually enter their pick-up address. In addition, the location data collected from a mover during a trip will be linked to the sender’s account, even if the sender has not enabled location data to be collected from their device, including for purposes of receipt generation, customer support, fraud detection, insurance, and litigation.
Usage data: We collect data about how users interact with our services. This includes data such as access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and other system activity, and type of browser.
In some cases, we collect this data through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers. To learn more about these technologies, please see “Cookies and Transparency” above.
Device data: We may collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the hardware models, device IP address or other unique device identifiers, operating systems and versions, software, preferred languages, advertising identifiers, device motion data, and mobile network data. Communications data: We enable users to communicate with each other and sendeze through sendeze’s mobile apps and websites
Use of Data
Social Courier Pty Ltd uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To notify you about changes to our Service
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
- To provide customer care and support
- To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service
- To monitor the usage of the Service
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
Transfer Of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Australia and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Australia and process it there.
